We edit photographs you send us: removing movable items, adding virtual furniture, or correcting light, angle and colour. Edited images are AI-assisted renderings checked by a person. Virtual furniture is illustrative and is not included with any property.
We do not remove or hide defects, alter walls, windows, doors, floors or fixtures, or add features a property does not have. If you ask for such a change, we will decline it.
Every staged or decluttered image we deliver carries a visible “Virtually staged” label, and we return your unedited originals. You agree to publish the label with the image and to make the original available to buyers where your listing platform, MLS or local law requires it, including California Business and Professions Code §10140.8.
You confirm you own or have the right to use the photos you send. You keep all rights to your originals. You receive a licence to use the edited images for marketing the property they show. We may keep anonymised before/after examples for quality control; we do not publish your address or your images as examples without asking you first.
Orders received before midnight in your local time are delivered by 8 a.m. your local time. If we cannot meet that, we tell you before the deadline.
If a result is not right, tell us what to change and we redo it at no charge. If after a redo we still cannot deliver a usable image, we refund that image in full. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. The charge on your statement reads VISUALSBYMORNING.
We provide edited images. We make no representation about the sale price or time on market of any property, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected images.
